Overview
Creeks Edge Cottages is a tiny home community designed specifically for your perfect short-term stay! We are located just a mile outside of Stephenville off of county road 258 right along-side Alarm Creek. The community is surrounded by trees on 3 sides which gives it a private secluded ambiance once you are onsite. There are 10 fully furnished cottages on the property with the capacity to sleep from 2 to 6 people. We do rentals from one to 28 days and would love to have you stay with us while you are visiting Erath county!

Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in is 4 p.m. // Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
Keys and Responsibilities
The key is your responsibility and will be your only way in/out during your stay. // Lost key fee: $10
Smoking Policy
No smoking or vapes inside the cottages. // Please clean up any smoking trash outdoors.
Guests and Gatherings
No unregistered guests. // No gatherings, parties, or events.
Parking
Park only in spots marked for your cabin. // Maximum 2 vehicles per cottage. // Do not park in the grass. // Do not park in the road. // If your vehicle does not fit in the allotted parking spot, there is additional parking in front of the gym.
Septic System
We are on a septic system; do not flush feminine products.
Damages and Reporting
Please let us know if anything is damaged or stained, either inside or outside the cottage.
Respect for Other Guests
Please respect other guests' privacy and do not walk around other cabins.
Pet Policy
No Pets allowed. All service animals must be presented with documentation prior to booking.
